Job Description:
Manage the housekeeping staff Come up with more efficient housekeeping techniques Reach target of Customer Service Satisfaction Track day to day problems in housekeeping Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel rooms and other spaces. Follows cleaning procedures and schedule. Accommodates all guests’ requests regarding cleanliness of the hotel room(Laundry, Ironing etc.?) Minimum Qualifications:
3-5 years in housekeeping Physical ability to use the standard cleaning tools (mop, broom etc.) Has a keen eye on details, especially on proper cleanliness Flexible with working schedule Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service Efficient management skills
