Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Hotline Agent. The Hotline Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance over the phone. They will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner.QualificationsExcellent verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsCustomer service experience in a call center or similar environmentAbility to remain calm and composed under pressureGood listening skills and the ability to empathize with customersProficient in using customer service software and systemsFluency in English and FilipinoHigh school diploma or equivalent
