What does a day in the life of an SQL Specialist look like?
Dealing with clients (business owners, users of software) and customers Identify and troubleshoot advanced technical problems, and provides timely and effective solutions to customers Working on data tools, and documentation for ticket runbooks and product feedback What are the required qualifications of an SQL Specialist ?
At least 3 years Technical Support (Troubleshooting) Strong knowledge of SQL syntax and troubleshooting logic (if, then, else conditionals). Proficiency in templating languages, specifically Jinja. Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Experience with Zendesk, Slack, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Zoom, and PagerDuty. Familiarity with web app troubleshooting. Nice-to-have qualifications:
