Job Description Job Summary As a HelpDesk Support, you will provide technical and non-technical problem resolution to clients in a clearly communicated, user-friendly and professional manner using a host of problem solving, testing and diagnostic skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:?
Deliver service excellence and support to end-users using an automated ticketing system
Diagnose, test and resolve technical system issues
Assisting clients with user education/training enquiries
Initiating portal feeds and third-party integrations?
Effective ticket management to ensure the optimum outcome for the client
Delivering technical information to a non-technical audience
Qualifications:?
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with Australian/US/UK based clients in a service-based, client facing role is a plus
Logical approach to problem-solving
Attention to detail
Time management and task prioritisation
Customer service skills
Working to deadlines and multi-tasking
Ability to work well in a team environment
Amenable to work full time in Makati on a MORNING SHIFT (Amenable to temporarily work from home due to the pandemic).
Preferred attributes:
Experience of supporting cloud based software
Understanding of cloud based software and technological advances in websites and CRM?s
Knowledge of the Australian real estate industry
