Hybrid Job Description The opportunity As part of the Agency Transformation, Manulife Philippines is looking for Health Distribution Lead to accelerate the development, implementation and scale-up of the health proposition in its Agency Distribution Channel. The key objectives are as follows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to craft the vision and roadmap of the health proposition for our Agency distribution channel. Drive the development and roll-out of health propositions in the Agency Channel Lead the Manulife Academy program for Health and attain the health accreditation targets set for the Agency Channel Work with internal and external stakeholders to analyze the needs of the agents and customers and align health product roadmap to the strategic goals. Work closely with product management and business teams to create and maintain the product backlog according to business value targets set. Responsibilities
Ensure that the agency force knowledge on Health products and programs is good, attaining product/program knowledge target set. Deliver the committed number of the accredited Health agent s defined in the plan. Collaborate with product development team to share insights and feedback from distributors to co-create health proposition that would address client needs and meet distribution requirements. Launch and sustain Health propositions that meet the financial targets sets. Acts as the voice of the business and voice of the distributor within the product development life cycle to ensure business goals are met. Maintains an excellent understanding of distribution and customer pain points, needs, and preferences. Maintains an excellent understanding of relevant personas and customer journeys in order to advocate for the ideal experience for health propositions. Proactively monitors and shares industry, competitive and general business trends to enable strategic planning and delivery of outcomes in alignment with segment priorities. Works as the 'distributor proxy' and consistently applies distributor and customer lens to the health solutions. Develop and roll-out capability development content to support the salesforce on health propositions. Roll-out events and programs with speakers and subject matter experts to educate the salesforce on health trends. Collaborate with the propositions team on launching holistic propositions related to health business. Launch tactical initiatives to drive increase in health active advisors. Work with key stakeholders to develop the change management plan and drive scale-up of the health propositions (current and future launches) Put in place mechanisms to get feedback from distributors on the health propositions and their pain- points. What we are looking for Team management with prior experience in health products development health proposition management within a channel Solid coaching mindset and abilities, enabling team members in defining solutions, and delivering to outcomes. Engagement of team members to collaborate, promote ownership and accountability of tasks, and maintain continuous improvement mindset. Stakeholder management and communication skills in defining outcomes, communicating progress, and facilitating planning meetings. Strong level of knowledge and understanding of agency distribution will be advantageous.
