Shangri-La the Fort, Manila Shangri-La the Fort, Manila is located within Fort Bonifacio, the former military base and city centre. With 60 storeys, comprising 576 hotel guestrooms, 97 hotel residences and 96 exclusive Horizon Homes, the building is destined to become a Manila landmark. The new hotel will complement the companys five existing properties in the Philippines. The mixed-use business, residential and retail tower is located along 5th Avenue and 30th Street, within the new, fast-developing Taguig business district. A 30-minute drive from the international airport, the hotel will also be close to the Manila Golf Club and Manila Polo Club, and 10 minutes from Makati district, the capitals financial, cultural and entertainment hub with first-class shopping malls. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assists the Kerry Sports & Recreation Manager in directing and ensuring the day to day operation and efficient cost effective functioning of the Kerry Sports in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by Kerry Sports and Shangri-La the Fort, Manila. Works closely with the Service Manager in-charge of membership sales to ensure the smooth operations of the whole department. QUALIFICATIONS Preferably college graduate Physically fit, neat in appearance Articulate, fluent in oral & written English Preferably with at least 3 years experience in similar scope and membership volume, club management skills and experieince as a Health Club Sales Manager are desirable Works well under pressure Shows flexibility at work Sincere, courteous, helpful, vibrant, proactive, open-minded, creative and with sense of humor Computer literate
