As the Head of Products, you will play a crucial role in developing a product portfolio that aligns with market demands. You will manage contracts effectively while developing a go-to-market strategy that ensures long-term growth. Your responsibilities will also include managing all partnerships, underwriters, and internal stakeholder relationships. You will work cross-functionally across sales, account management, finance, IT, and operations to ensure client satisfaction and profitable business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a successful technology build supporting the business Work with underwriters and partners to develop products that meet market demands and optimise value proposition Stay updated on products, programmes, and services available to customers to improve market offering and brand Recommend, deploy, and ensure conformity to standard technology applications Utilise data to evaluate situations and make strategic recommendations regarding activity, risk mitigation, etc. Standardise reporting mechanisms for optimal clarity of results and customer satisfaction alignment Work closely with the sales team and participate in sales presentations and new business development opportunities What you bring:
