Client Industry: FINANCE Job Description and Qualification: As a Lead Product Manager (Head) for Customer solutions you will be responsible for building and managing cross-functional teams. You’ll translate ideas into strategies and features, and follow product development from start to finish.Develop, communicate and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
Collaborate with senior management to determine priority, business objectives and create product plans and roadmaps
Define organization and resource needs to execute on our roadmap
Recruit product managers and designers
Oversees the roles of juniors in the product management department, and ensure right execution
Review and improve strategies and risk mitigation plan developed by product managers
Spearheading investigation and analyses on the product and the product market
Analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape product initiatives
Collaborate with system architects to define our solutions architecture
Enrich and maintain our product initiatives
Prioritize our initiatives, define iteration and release planning and ensure products are launched correctly and on schedule
Participate in regular release planning, release management, and solution validation
Measure and track product use, impact on end users and progress of your product objectivesSKILLS AND EXPERIENCEProven experience as Lead Product Manager or similar role
Experience in product lifecycle management
Experience with agile framework and product development processes
Experience in both B2B and B2C product development
Experience in Fintech-B2C industry is preferred
Background in data, software or technical project management is preferred
Organizational and leadership abilities
