About the Role The Head of Marketing Services Role role is a marketing-oriented role reporting to the Marketing General Manager. The role is in charge of general management, end-to-end strategy, and execution of all activities related to the marketing and activation needs of the company such as digital and out-of-home activations/events.
Responsibilities Creative Direction - directs the creative team on the creative strategy and direction based on the brief of the clients. Activations - directs and executes on out-of-home activities of brands and clients Sales - pitches the services of the agency to potential clients Client Management - ensures a healthy and mutually beneficial relationship between the accounts/clients and the agency through regular and timely communication, reporting, and presentation Finances - ensures that the unit is profitable a People Management - manage a team of creatives to ensure that the team's objectives are met.
