Experience in SAP/ABAP (HR, MM, FI/CO, SRM), Genesys (or Avaya) including recordings and different channels integration (chat, fb, twitter, etc.), SIP servers, IVR solution, Agent scripting solution, OpenAPI and Business Intelligence (OBIEE, Pentaho, DWH, Tableau, PowerBI)
Knowledge of the CI/CD and proactive monitoring of its delivery
Excellent skills in hiring and bringing in the good knowledge/salary ratio candidates
Measure effectiveness of the IT delivery in order to be able to advocate for the headcount of the IT Online delivery unit
Ability to escalate in an appropriate way still trying to solve issues independently
Excellent coaching skills and ability to define carrier paths for the respective roles
Sound usage of communication skills and collaboration platforms with employees and stakeholders including social media
