Job Description:
Develop target for Enterprise Account Manager based on historical data/trend and product group target Developing and monitoring budgeting for Enterprise department Develop incentive framework for Account manager quarterly achievement Monitor day-to-day performance of Enterprise merchant portfolio across all product Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support tactics/strategy development for individual merchants Coordinate the work of Associate of Enterprise Strategy & Analytics Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience working in Strategy role, or Sales Ops from Telco, Banking, Tech, or relevant industries Ability to conduct complex strategic analysis, involving big data, and desktop research such as marketing sizing, forecasting, segmentation, etc Fluent in English both written & verbal
