Oversee the financial aspects of card operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to card operations, especially those pertaining to BIN Sponsorship. Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and to the required quality standards. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure full compliance with all local and international regulations regarding BIN Sponsorship and card operations. Participate in regulatory audits and implement corrective actions when needed. Identify and assess financial and operational risks in card operations, including those related to BIN Sponsorship. Develop and implement mitigation strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, such as Risk Management, Legal, IT, and others, to ensure seamless operations. Facilitate communication between stakeholders. Oversee relationships with external vendors and partners involved in BIN Sponsorship and card operations. Negotiate contracts and manage performance. Lead and develop the card operations team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Dispute Resolution Time: Average time taken to resolve a chargeback or dispute.
