Head of Business Development (Construction and Engineering) The role of Head of Business Development is responsible for indentifying, developing and converting major infrastructure flagship projects. Success will be measured by topline revenue growth, pipeline growth and increased presence in this market sector. Activities will include driving business development by cultivating strong relationships with existing and new clients, government institutions like DPWH and DOTR, international engineering consultants. The role is also responsible for overseeing the delivery of solutions in a wide range of infrastructure projects from inception through completion. Based on the candidates knowledge and experience, he/she shall provide provide strategic direction and management advisory in navigating the ecosystem of the international financing institutions. Hence, prior experience in similar capacity is required.
Design and execution of a strategy of company's market share in this infrastructure projects.
Develop strong industry relationships and visibility with current and prospective clients, consultants, partners.
Identification and conversion of of major/strategic/transformational projects associated with projects coming on line in the next one to three-year horizon. Understand procurement, market trends and business outlook within sector. Leads the development and submission of proposals for large or complex, high-risk projects, which may involve convincing internal and external stakeholders who at times may be unwilling or skeptical to accept proposals or plans

Qualifications: Prior experience operatin at a Technical Director/Principal level. Strong network of high-level relationships in the government institutions Experience in business development activities leading to positive and tangible outcomes.
