The Job
In this role, you will focus on the banking sector to identify potential client types and develop pitch materials tailored to each type. You will also work with the Company's leaders to generate and revise the Company’s go-to-market strategyYou will be responsible for:
Leading marketing activities related to the Company's product offerings, such as drafting articles and content marketing, attending and speaking at conferences.
Generating and prioritizing lead sheets, contacting potential clients and scheduling introductory meetings.
Leading client presentations and inviting relevant internal stakeholders (CEO/CTO or Sales Engineer) to the meeting, as necessary.
Being clients’ first and main point of contact.
Identifying, prioritizing, and engaging potential partners, such as financial services providers, payment processors/aggregators, enterprise SaaS companies, IT service providers.
Identifying potential new channels, products, and partnerships to increase the reach and value of the Company to bank clients.
Supporting recruitment, hiring, and organization design of the business development team.
Designing and implementing feedback channels to other teams to ensure that the “voice of the customer” is represented

The Profile
You possess at least a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with at least 5 years work experience.
You are proficient in Tagalog and English
You are a confident and clear communicator: whether it’s a pitch presentation to a potential partner, a feedback call with a user, or a press event, you know how to craft the right message and listen actively.
You love data analysis and have a track record of successful data-driven decision-making
You have excellent prioritization and planning sense, with the ability to quickly adapt your plans as circumstances change.
You actively seek out opportunities to learn and develop; you enjoy being out of your comfort zone and diving into new environments.
