Head of Business Development (Hybrid)
Experience Required
7 years Responsibilities: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of development projects. Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team. Continuously evaluate and improve development processes. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables. Required Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in software development, with at least 7 years in a leadership or management role. Strong technical proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Experience with Agile or other software development methodologies. Pay: Php150,000.00 per month
