VERSIONS Is currently looking for:  HAIRSTYLIST SALARY:PHP 11,406 + Commission  Hair Stylist duties include consulting clients on hair styling options, describing the benefits of different hair care products, persuading clients to buy their retail products and staying updated on the latest hair trends and styling methods. Additionally, Hair Stylists need to be expert ?people persons? to attract and retain long-term customers. This requires good interpersonal and conversational skills. Duties and Responsibilities: Consulting clients on stylistic options for their hairListening to client needs to determine their preferencesDescribing different hair care products and their benefitsShampooing, cutting, coloring, DG Perm, highlighting and rebonding hairPerforming scalp treatmentsEXTREMELY pleasing warm and welcoming personalityActingas salesperson to sell clients hair care retail productsBuilding personal relationship with clients to ensure return visitsAdhering to Hair Studio safety and cleanliness standardsManaging bookings and welcoming clients into the storeKeeping updated on hair style trends and styling methodQualifications: High School graduate or General Education CompletionCertified Vocational Training is a plusPrevious experience as a Hair Stylist or coloristA wide pallet of styling and coloring techniquesProficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryersExcellent interpersonal skillsGood verbal communicationPhysical staminaCreative mindset and a good eye for designExperience using different types of scissors, trimmers, and other tools to create hair stylesAn understanding of the different types of hair stylesAn ABSOLUTE willingness to learn about new styles and techniquesThe ability to communicate with customers and understand a look they want, even if they don't know the technical terms for a certain styleWilling to work mall hours and shifting schedules
