Job Description:
Welcomes all Prestige members and guests accessing the Prestige Lounge Serves refreshments and attends promptly to requests/queries of Prestige members and their guests Knowledgeable on all of Prestige Lounge services and those of The SM Store Records Prestige member interactions, through incident reports, especially when it involves complaints and/or feedback Strictly implements Prestige Lounge House Rules Records properly any violations in the Prestige Lounge Monitoring System Maintains a positive, emphatic and professional attitude toward Prestige members and guests at all times especially during challenging situations Receives customer complaints, pacify and listens to guests, and escalate problems to higher authorities/management Monitors and processes orders for Prestige Lounge consumables Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of the Prestige Lounge and backroom areas Properly endorses daily tasks operations to colleagues when shift ends Ensures the proper hand-over of customers’ left-behind personal items to the CRO Efficiently coordinates with all offices in The SM Store as well as Head Office relating to Prestige Lounge operations Minimum Qualifications:
4-year graduate of any course (2-year diploma holder if with exemplary skill set shall be considered) With pleasing personality Proficient in English both spoken and written Internship / Work Experience in the hotel industry and/or customer service industry is/are a plus Comfortable in using computer applications Has good grasp or with experience in working around customer service Ability to stay calm when Prestige members are stressed or upset Willing to work flexible/long hours
