Job Description:
Welcomes all Prestige members and guests accessing the Prestige Lounge Serves refreshments and attends promptly to requests/queries of Prestige members and their guests Strictly implements Prestige Lounge House Rules Records Prestige member interactions, through incident reports, especially when it involves complaints and/or feedback Efficiently coordinates with all offices in The SM Store as well as Head Office relating to Prestige Lounge operations Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of the Prestige Lounge and backroom areas Minimum Qualifications:
4-year graduate of any course (2-year diploma holder if with exemplary skill set shall be considered) With pleasing personality Proficient in English both spoken and written Internship / Work Experience in the hotel industry and/or customer service industry is/are a plus Comfortable in using computer applications Has good grasp or with experience in working around customer service Ability to stay calm when Prestige members are stressed or upset Willing to work flexible/long hours Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Estancia, Pasig
