General skills:Good communicator and be comfortable working on a variety of assignments
Strong conceptual and analytical skills and be result oriented.
Proven team leadership and cross-team collaboration experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Program and design will adhere to principals and object-oriented design.
Experience in developing software in Financial services environments that is technically complex and commercially successful.
Desired Experience & Qualities
Around 3 to 6 years of development experience in treasury banking applications.
Experience working in Agile teams. Conversant with SDLC automation tools and with Agile development practices.
JAVA programming experience in the financial services Treasury banking applications.
Over 5 years of C++/Visual C++ development experience required.
Microsoft Visual Studio and / or Microsoft Visual C++ 6.00, Win32 SDK a plus.
Knowledge of design patterns and OOP design practices.
Java, AJAX and SAP NetWeaver Portal knowledge a plus.
Over 5 years of C++/Visual C++ development experience required.
Strong knowledge of version control (i.e. GIT, SVN etc.)
Qualifications and Accreditations:Hands on Guava development experience is a plus
