Company BackgroundGigacover is the leading tech company that provides the workforce with equal access to benefits and security by working with Platform and company owners, Insurance companies and banks to develop, co-create, and launch bit sized products tailored for the workforce and help improve their financial security across Southeast Asia!**Job Description**:We are looking for a Growth Intern with a can-do attitude to join the growing team in the Philippines and support business development and company growth.**Responsibilities**:Identify new revenue and/or distribution channels through various Business Development, Partnerships and/or Marketing initiatives.Assist in developing and launching Gigacover's B2C ChannelsAnalyze the target audience, competitors, market and trends and assist Country Manager in developing and refining growth strategiesPrepare reports for ManagementPerks & BenefitCompensation availableCareer opportunityInternship CertificateWork from anywhereSkills & QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or higher and is able to commence a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 monthsHave no / less than 1 year of experience are welcomedBased in the PhilippinesMinimum six (6) Months Internship PeriodAbility to work in a virtual environment (though we have an office if you'd like to drop by!)Good verbal and written communication skillsEnjoy challenges and remain flexible in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environmentInnovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordingly with analytical and comfortable with DataMicrosoft Excel skills will be advantageous
