You will be primarily responsible for managing and providing clear strategy to ensure the successful delivery of the RTB Requirements through the implementation of the Daily Close Project. You will also manage Reporting Automation and successful Go-live delivery of the Daily Close Project. The role will require collaborative engagement with Project SMEs, RTB SMEs and IT Teams to ensure successful delivery of the project. You will spearhead the delivery of the process impact analysis, Business Requirements, UAT executions, RTB Org readiness, Go-live and Post Go-live tasks. You will also ensure that relevant impact and changes in the SOP Standard Operating Procedures) are well documented, Trainings completed and RTB is ready to perform tasks with no major issues on Day1.
Your key responsibilities
Provide clear strategy and direction to ensure that Projects deliverables fully meets the RTB requirements and stakeholders expectations. Data gathering, data polishing, data reporting, and local/regulatory reporting
Manage the resources responsible for the delivery of the Project deliverables.
Lead the collation of RTB Pain Points, reporting requirements and able to translate or relate this to a Business Requirements and map this to the Business Delivery e2e solution.
Spearhead process impact analysis and lead the Business requirements delivery and discussions with IT.
Review and Facilitate sign-off of the Business Requirements from RTB , IT Team and senior stakeholders.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in
from an accredited college or university, preferably in Accountancy/Business/Economics/ Finance, CPA preferred but not a requirement.
Extensive years of experience working within the profession of Business/Data Analysis within the Finance arena; Proven years of experience in leading/managing Global General Ledger Projects (preferably SAP)
Background in the Financial Services Industry – preferable Investment Banking – Global Markets, Corporate Banking
Advanced knowledge in MS Office products (Access/Excel) ; Excel skills are key – vlookups, pivot tables
Ability to work in virtual teams and in a matrix organization
