GRAB THIS OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN BACK-END RESPONSIBILITIES FOR DIFFERENT INDUSTRIES!The Plusgroup PH is known primarily as a Food & Beverage brand currently operating two kiosks at USC-TC and two restaurants. The company also runs a hostel accommodation and an architectural firm.BE PART OF OUR TEAM!We are looking for a GRILL MANResponsibilities: Take grilled food orders from waitersSeason and prepare food items for grillingGrill requested food items in accordance with customers? specifications and preset recipesManage portions of grilled food items and garnish themRegulate the temperature of broilers, grills, and roastersWash, cut and peel meats and vegetables prior to preparing them for cooking- Taste and evaluate food items before servingReceive raw food items from suppliersEnsure that all supplied items are of good quality and accurate quantityEnsure refrigeration and rotation of food itemsLabel food items appropriatelyDiscard any expired or near-expiry food itemsArrange prepared food items in an aesthetic mannerCheck and recheck equipment temperature to ensure the accuracy of the orderMaintain work area by cleaning and sanitizing constantlyClean and sanitize grilling and broiling equipment after useEnsure preventative and general maintenance of grilling equipmentMake sure that food items are appropriately thawed before usingManage inventory of food suppliesCool food items to standard temperatures before serving
