Job Summary


A graphic designer creates visual outputs to communicate and convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This position works with the Global Training Team to help the team translate their goals, transform training needs and ideas into creative visuals.


Duties and responsibilities


Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the team for a wide range of training materials that may include web pages, presentations, training program, internal communication, newsletters, and other materials. Think creatively to produce new ideas, concepts and create an interactive design for videos, graphics, templates, and layouts to enhance the aesthetic of training materials. Illustrate and bring a concept to life by designing based on the arrangements and the team’s vision. Undertake the assigned jobs from conceptualization right up to the implementation of the final artwork stage. Work on a wide range of training projects and materials, using various computer softwares to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet goals. Ensure designs meet organizational standards and expectations, express and pitch ideas accurately, and represent the training programs appropriately Perform other related duties Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; 1+ year of experience as a graphic designer. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio required. Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, web design and multimedia presentation
