Position SummaryCreates design solutions/meets design requirements for Islands Souvenir products, with specialized focus on T-shirts, aligning designs with organization's visual 'brand'Key ResponsibilitiesCreate designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.Thinks creatively to produce new ideas and conceptsDetermine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type.Use computer software to generate new images.Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for printer.Draw and print graphs, illustrations, and other artworkReview final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.Follow through on activities from creation and development of design to samplingComply with product design sheetCoordinates with sampling on actual prints ( assignment of colors, etc)Coordinates with marketing and executive office on requirements for special orders/eventsJOB SPECIFICATIONGraduate of Fine Arts or related courseCreatively-inclinedKnowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, etcAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility to work with multiple projects and deadlinesKeen attention to detailQUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL ENJOY: Fixed Saturday-Sunday day-off15 days paid leave on employee's 1 year of serviceComplete government mandated benefits13th month payHMO PackageLocal sponsored travels
