Job Description:
Building strong visual communication Create design materials to be displayed online and offline Develop new and innovative concepts for design content Participate in creative ideation and create collaterals Minimum Qualifications:
We have a small, tightly knit design team, and are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and able to work both independently and in collaboration with a team. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:


Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale through images, typography and the layout of web and printed pages Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines, expectations and attention to details Solid understanding of, or desire to learn, user-centered design principles and interaction design patterns Able to take initiative and work independently or in a team Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as our product, marketing, content teams to produce elegant design solutions Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effect (is a plus)
