Assist in the efficient operation and maintenance of the golf course, providing support in turf grass/plant material programs, Sustainability projects, personnel management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate to foster an engaged and respectful work environment that prioritizes player and guest satisfaction. Key Areas Turf Grass and Plant Material Programs: (25%) Assist in planning and implementing turf grass and plant material maintenance programs to ensure the course's aesthetic appeal and health. Sustainability Projects: (20%) Contribute to sustainability initiatives and projects, supporting environmentally friendly practices and resource conservation. Personnel Management: (15%) Collaborate with the golf course superintendent in personnel management, including staff supervision, training, and development. Budgeting: (20%) Assist in budgeting and financial management activities, working to optimize resource allocation and cost-effectiveness. Regulatory Compliance: (10%) Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines governing golf course maintenance and environmental standards. Player and Guest Satisfaction: (10%) Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for players and guests, actively participating in initiatives to enhance their experience.
