In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving and overseeing the global sales operations strategy, the driving force behind our growth and the key to boosting our bottom line. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of BPO industry dynamics, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across different regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness in the sales process, optimizing workflows and improving overall performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance service delivery capabilities.
Implement and maintain best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Global Sales Program Strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
Provide strategic direction to regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity within the sales organization.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing solutions that exceed expectations.
Collaborate with account management teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Expansion:
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for entering and expanding the company's footprint in targeted regions.
Conduct market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with BD teams for RFP's, own presenting of targeted solutions, expertise and differentiators to potential clients.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing global sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure the professional growth of team members.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
Do you have what it takes to become a Global VP of Operations (Sales Programs) ?
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role in Operations, and minimum 10 years experience in managing and developing sales programs, managing sales programs, within the BPO industry or large business or enterprise.
Experience in running large scale (~1,000 + employees) and multi geo experience in managing sales programs.
Strong financial management and budgeting skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions based on data and statistics.
Demonstrated success in driving campaign specific global sales strategies and achieving revenue targets. ideally in an inbound, outbound and multi channel sales environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
A "people first" leadership style, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
The ability to leverage the latest technology to enhance the growth of our organization.
A thorough understanding of organizational behavior, workforce planning, metrics, and analytics.
