Details of the offer

Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with HR TA Supervisor and recruiting operations for the assigned sites to drive sourcing efforts.
Source, pre-screen candidates and actively provide recruiting operations on the status for each applicant leads from available channels including email blast, call-outs and keeping note on non-re-hirable list.
Adhere to standard US process and accurate information and communication when inviting applicants.
Communicate with assigned sites on show up information’s on invited candidates consistently
Keep track on adherence to sourcing work flow process and provide feedback to any work process related issues and concerns.
Understand efficiency for each work flow process
Keep Data information on shared drives consistently with high confidentiality.
Execute special projects as required
Submit daily productivity reports to HR TA Supervisor.
Adhere to company standards for time and attendance/allowed break hours, leave’s protocols.
Address system issues to line supervisor.
Execute work related task that will be assign from time to time.
Performance Indicators/SLA:
Daily Productivity reports.
Show Up Rate
Conversion Hire/Hired Rate/Fill Rate
Authenticity / consistency in data presented.
Process Excellence

Job Qualification:
Open for CSR/TSR/RTA candidates.
Graduate in any discipline with additional qualification in HR / Personnel Management desirable.
Minimum Experience:
1-2 years’ experience as Sourcing or Recruiting, desirable experience in a BPO Local Volume Hiring or Global Shared Services.
Willing to work on a nightshift schedule.
Candidate must have his/her own laptop or PC desktop.
