We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Global Head of Supply Chain to join our leadership team. In this critical role, you will lead and optimize our entire supply chain operations across 3 locations in 3 countries. You will report directly to the VP of Global Supply Chain and play a pivotal role in driving strategic direction and operational excellence for our global supply chain network.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage the comprehensive global supply chain strategy, encompassing procurement, planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and transportation across all 3 locations. Develop and implement a unified supply chain strategy aligned with the overall business goals and global expansion plans. Drive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency, cost optimization, and risk mitigation across all regions. Oversee all aspects of global sourcing and procurement, ensuring best-in-class supplier relationships, cost-effectiveness, and quality control across all locations. Implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs across the global network. Manage and optimize warehouse operations for all locations to ensure efficient product flow and timely deliveries. Oversee all global logistics and transportation activities, including domestic and international shipments. Provide strategic direction and operational support to regional supply chain leaders in each of the 3 locations. Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across all regional supply chain teams, ensuring a unified approach. Maintain close communication with senior leadership regarding global supply chain performance and alignment with strategic objectives. Identify and implement opportunities for CAPEX and OPEX optimization across the entire global supply chain network. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the food manufacturing supply chain industry and implement relevant innovations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's Degree/MBA strongly preferred). 15+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain management within the food manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of leading and optimizing complex supply chain operations across multiple locations and countries. Demonstrated experience in growing from operations and possessing a deep understanding of all operational complexities within food manufacturing. Strong understanding of CAPEX and OPEX management, with a proven ability to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives on a global scale. Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with overall business goals for a multinational company. Proven experience in managing and optimizing procurement, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and transportation functions in a global food manufacturing environment. Extensive knowledge of international trade regulations and experience managing complex international supply chains. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse cultures and at all levels of the organization. Data-driven approach with a strong analytical mind and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies for global optimization. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
