Requirements:- Preferably Bachelor Degree holder of any course - Fluent in both German and English
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
- Preferably with background or knowledge in Java, PHP, .Net and other Programming Language
- Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon CityResponsibilities:- Responsible in providing technical support in developing applications
- Escalate developer concerns to the next level
- Troubleshoot technical inquiries
- Explaining the procedure on how the applications was developed
