Position: German Language Instructor
Location: Makati City or Baguio City
Industry: Language Center Company
Salary: P 40,000 - P 50,000 (Still Negotiable)

Requirements:
• Open for Native or Non-Native German Speakers
• Good English Communication Skills
• Teaching, Language Instructor Background is a Big Advantage
• Willing to undergo the 7-day Instructor Qualification Program
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• Graduate of Education or other related course
• Can Start ASAP

Responsibilities:
• Delivering lessons in accordance with the company teaching principles
• Act as a resource in the language houses by providing advanced conversation practice, cultural study, and tutoring as needed or assist residents of the language with organizing and promoting cultural activities
• Keeping student records and profile cards up to date
• Participating in the performance evaluation plan
• Integrating learning technology into teaching programs
• Maintaining center resource materials

Recruitment Process:
• Initial interview (around 30 minutes, typically done over the phone)
• Language proficiency assessment (4 hours)
• Final interview (1 hour, usually done on the same day as the assessment depending on the availability of the interviewer)
• Instruction Qualification Program (7-day training and demo)
