Position: German Human Resources Advisor
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Pampanga City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 90,000 Gross
Schedule: Dayshift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PH time)
Work Setup: Onsite for Probationary period and remote work for 10 days in a month upon regularisation
Requirements:
???? Open for Foreign national who can speak German and English fluently
???? Filipino national can speak, read and write German in conversational level
???? Bachelor's degree holder
???? Willing to work or relocate at cebu City
???? Customer Service experience is a plus
???? Has an experience or background in Recruiting processes is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
???? Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process
???? Screen resumes and job application forms.
???? Interview job candidates via calls or any online platforms..
???? Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
???? Handles and coordinates problem-solving and process escalations
???? Identifies whether applications are to be further processed, pending feedback, or are for rejection
