Requirements:
• Local that can speak, read and write German
• Native German with permanent residency in the Philippines
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft application
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• Customer Service Experience is a Big Advantage
• Willing to work in Pasig City
• Fresh Graduate from Language School are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in Handling customer inquiries via phone, email and social media platforms
• Managing Customer Service Database
• Build strong client relationship and improve customer experience
• De-escalating call while delivering difficult message to customers
• Process transactions and reply to inquiries about products and services
• Confirming orders that are made to avoid fraud
• Submission of necessary documents & reports
