Position: German Customer Support (Technical Account)
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: Davao City
Salary: P 45,000 – P 50,000
Schedule: Shifting

Requirements:
• Preferable Non- Native or Native with Permanent VISA
• Proficient in speaking, reading or writing German
• Good English communication skills both verbal and written
• At least Sr. High School graduate
• Experience in Customer Service is a big plus
• Must be willing to relocate and work in Davao City

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in verifying the account information of the client
• Provide solution to client problems
• Prepare quality reports of transaction
• Responsible in sustaining quality feedback and coaching sessions with CSR
• Develop and, implements trainings to improve the system
• Handle quality check and file report to the management
