Validates and reviews the computation, entry and supporting documents of cash and accounts payable vouchers.Reviews and approves sales invoices, statement of accounts, billing statements and debit/credit memos, accounts payable and journal vouchers.Reviews all receipts and disbursements, ascertains correct account distribution and ensuring all support documentation is accurate and in order.Prepares, review and analyze monthly financial package (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash flow Statement and its supporting schedules)Reviews and analyze the schedule submitted by the staff (Aging of Accounts receivable/Accounts payable, Advances to Officers and employees, Advances to/from affiliates, Bank reconciliation, short term loan, other payables).Responsible for all audit requirements (both internal and external).Responsible in the preparation, remittance and compliance of all government reportorial requirements (Quarterly corporate income tax returns, Monthly and Quarterly VAT return, Expanded Withholding tax, Withholding tax on compensation, Business Permit, and the like).Ensures compliance with any and all financial and contract reporting requirements of regulatory agencies.Ensures that all accountable forms and journals are properly reported and complied.Assists in the preparation of annual budgets and cash flow projections.Assists in resolving accounting and financial problems and/or issues.Assists in preparing special cost studies as required.Perform additional duties as requested by the members of the executive committee.
