Fund Development Specialist

- Conduct face-to-face fundraising campaigns and activities and convert various individuals to become committed donors of the organization- Ensure that donors to be signed up will commit to donate for at least two (2) years- Serve as brand champions of the organization in various marketing activation activities- Handle sensitive donor information with confidentialityQualifications:- Sales or fundraising experience is preferred, but not mandatory.- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.- Strong interpersonal qualities and the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.- Dedication to ethical conduct and maintaining donor trust.- A passion for advocating children's rights and making a positive impact.- Must be willing to be reassigned in different locations nationwide, as deemed necessary for the operations of the unit"
