Fund Accounting Assistant Manager

Fully remote opportunity Work with a growing multinational services company About Our Client The client is a leading multinational financial services company based in Pasig.
Job Description Review and/or prepare all complex financial reporting requirements, such as but not limited to financial statements, working papers, management accounts, partner statements and ad-hoc client deliverables. Facilitate and assist various accounting and administration processes of complex clients and conduct all work in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensure timely and high-quality service and deliverables to fund and/or corporate clients. Take ownership of the team's deliverables. Concentrates in engaging and developing teams and individuals by reviewing core processes and providing timely feedback. Drive results based on the KPIs and optimizing the work performance of the team. The Successful Applicant Graduate of accounting or any business-related course. 6+ years of experience in fund accounting. CPA/CMA license preferred. 2+ years of people management experience handling at least 3 direct reports.
