Front Office Supervisor

MAIN DUTIES:?Ensures rooming assignments are prepared for all guests prior to arrival, with respect to room preferences and availability.?Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/ service procedure standards.?Anticipate guests' needs, maintaining positive relations in resolving complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.?Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.?Ensure that current information on rates, packages and promotions is available at the Front Desk and Reservations and that all staff are knowledgeable on such.?Promotes and monitors up sells.?Oversee and ensure that all Front Office Midnight Reports are done accurately and distributed on a timely basis. ?Monitor the check-in/check-out process; anticipate critical situations and assist wherever necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.QUALIFICATIONS:•College Graduate in Hotel or Tourism and Hospitality Management or related course•Previous experience in a customer service role•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills•Proven leadership and organizational skills•Working knowledge of hotel management systems•Able to multitask and prioritize tasks•Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
