Details of the offer

-To provide excellent customer service to external and internal clients by answering calls in a timely manner, dealing with inquiries professionally as well as maintaining the orderliness of the reception area. -Answers incoming calls from external and internal clients with courtesy and successfully transfers them if needed to appropriate contacts; Deals with all kinds of inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. -Monitors and manages training and conference room reservation.-Assists HR/Admin Department in implementing employee activities; Assists Marketing team in registration of participants during trainings. -Monitors incoming fax messages and forwards it to concerned employees. -Accomplishes all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety; -Delivers excellent customer service at all times. -Ensures that Reception Area is well operated and maintained during office hours. Qualifications: -Bachelor's Degree of any course. -At least 1 year's work experience in a related job is an advantage. -Good oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, good organizational skills. -Professional at all times, works with integrity, can multi-task, can work independently and has a strong drive for excellence as a good communicator. -Proficient in using MS Office applications. -Knowledge in operating PABX (Private Automatic Branch Exchange) System. -Willing to report in the office (Cubao, Quezon City). -Amenable to work from Mondays to Fridays work schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
