Front Desk Officer (Mandarin-Speaking)

Job Description DMCI Homes Property Management Corp. (DPMC), a subsidiary of DMCI Homes, is looking for a?Front Desk Officer?to be assigned to Oak Harbor, a DMCI Homes property located at?Jackson Avenue, Para?aque City. The successful candidate will be hired directly by DPMC.
JOB ROLES
Serve as the front line of the property management office and ensure that all concerns, queries, and requests are responded and attended to
Establish and implement hotel-level front desk services including customer management, property orientation, concierge services, guest accommodation, and other related services
Ensure that all front desk services are enforced timely (within SLA) and with quality
Provide ready assistance and accommodation to the clients and guests?
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree preferably specializing in Hotel Service or Communications?
With at least 1 years work experience as a Concierge, Front Desk Officer, or other equivalet positions from a hotel or residential property
Must be highly interested and competent in providing hotel-level services to clients
Must have adept guest service skills especially in communication and organization
Must be fluent in speaking Filipino, English, and Mandarin languages
Preferably a resident of Para?aque City or nearby areas
