Front Desk Officer

Facilitates internal and external flow of communication through effective receiving of patients and guests, documentation, reporting and processing of requests for appointment.
Handles inquiry handling, appointments, confirmation of schedule and concierge services.
Acts as coordinator with other business units as needed.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Presentable and with good customer service understanding; maintains composure under stressful situations.
With good written and oral communication skills.
Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Navigation).
