Front Desk Officer In Makati (For Prime Support Services Inc.)

Attends to the daily concerns of residents and ensures that proper action is always given
Meet residents' needs, offer options, resolves problems and gives feedback to residents
Ensures full customer satisfaction.
Performs follow-up and monitors completion of all maintenance service requests
Assists residents in making arrangements for various services, may it be inside or outside the property
Organizes and coordinates all special/social event for residents
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in front reception in a hotel/property but open to Fresh Graduates.
