Freight Coordinator

•Handles the international and domestic freight arrangements; •Manage shipping documentation for all shipments; •Follow up with the shipper/supplier and resolve shipping documentation issues and •mismatches; •Review and report shipment milestones and communicate with carriers and forwarders to •meet KPIs; •Handle clarifications from end users regarding freight arrangements; •Proper reporting and escalation of any issues identified with documentation or with •shipments •Manage and monitor the end-to-end shipment process on behalf of customer logistics •department. •Coordinate with various stakeholders in shipment process handling. •Extract and review reports from customer systems and align them with the shipping/airlines •lines report •Actively responds to inquiries related to track and trace •Prepare and submit all documents in a timely and accurate manner and keep the •internal/external stakeholders informed of the status. •Provide value to the customers through effective business solutions by having good •business knowledge/process understanding. •Provides regular reporting to the Department Manager/ Freight Manager. •Support the Project/ Executive as required with any other reasonable tasks as instructed. •Comply with company rules and regulations.
