Job Description:
The Franchise Relations Officer (FRO) Local primarily focuses on our local franchise owners and potential customers. With the continuing growth of our distributors and customers, FRO local will be the face of the organization in valuing our customers and distributors locally. Her support will not limit to local renewals and license enforcement, but to ensure overall success of the franchisees while maintaining the company guidelines and cooperation in company’s objectives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Leads and manages business relationships with local franchise owners and potential owners. Develops and improves upon existing systems and processes within the applicable business model. Develops and maintains business development systems as well as operational monitoring and training systems. Develops and implements policies related to operational performance and consistency optimization. Works with branding and marketing people to enhance brand awareness and increase marketability of units. Book flights / hotels for local events and trainings. Prepares the system for newly opened Business Centers (BC). Prepares all the posters and product displays for approval. Process subsidy request of BCO and TCO. Provides assistance to distributors for product shipment locally. Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration or its equivalent. SKILLS Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals and procedures. Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information. Good stress and time management. Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. WORK EXPERIENCE At least one (1) year of work experience in Customer Relations or any related position is required for this position. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Maintain standards of conduct as well as highly confidential nature of work. Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions. Possess strong customer service orientation. Flexible and organized. Demonstrate sound work ethics. WORKING CONDITIONS Work Area(s): Office Area
Environmental conditions: Will have to serve a number of people and projects at one time. Will have to deal the existing BCO / TCO / Multiple Account Holder’s concerns and requests May find the environment to be busy and noisy.
