DUTIES, RESPONSBILITIESOverall Operations -Organizes the management of foundation componentsincluding verbal and written communications betweenfoundations and program departments.-Designs and maintains a system that ensures foundationproposal deadlines and reporting components are met.-Communicates with foundations to approve grantagreements, arrange for recognition requirements, andanswer all inquiries regarding the foundations program.-Facilitates mid-year and final reports to foundations.-Accountable for maintaining internal spreadsheets andfundraising database records regarding foundations.-Utilize foundation research database to identify newfoundation-based funding opportunities.-Provides support in the preparation of foundationapplications.-Coordinates with the EFI Team to assist in the requiredrecognition of foundations by way of website, social mediaand the annual report.*2-Develops and researches the best practices for thefoundation program and effectively assists inimplementing coordination of foundation proposals withBoard of Directors-Assist in keeping EFI engaged and delighted.-Accepts other duties as assigned.-Pursue the membership and handle the requirements ofEFI in the Association of FoundationCOMPETENCY REQUIREMENTSBehavioralCompetencies? Excellent communication skills, both writtenand verbal, with the ability to engage avariety of audiences.? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite?
