Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for a Fleet Controller who can work with us full-time and on-site! Earn up to P50,000! Where??? Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu As a Fleet Controller, will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our client's fleet management, ensuring optimal efficiency and performance through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze complex data sets to improve fleet operations.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to: Analyze fleet performance metrics such as fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and driver behaviour to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize fleet operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency. Monitor real-time fleet activities using GPS tracking systems and other relevant technology, and proactively address any issues or disruptions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, logistics, and procurement to ensure seamless coordination and execution of fleet operations. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing key performance indicators, insights, and recommendations for senior management. Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in fleet management to continuously improve processes and procedures. Provide training and guidance to fleet personnel on analytical tools, processes, and methodologies to enhance their effectiveness and productivity. Requirements We would need you to be or have the following: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation operations, with a strong focus on data analysis and process improvement. Advanced proficiency in analytical tools and software such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with fleet management systems and telematics technology is preferred.
