To lead in the development and management of a team of researchers, collecting data on Asian and European financial markets. This team will be initially responsible for utilizing
their language and finance skills to capture financial data on publicly-traded companies. With success in the initial project will come significant additional growth.
Experience in working within a financial institution a plus
Must be highly intelligent, self-motivated, creative, dynamic and energetic
Excellent academic credentials
Flawless written and spoken English
Knowledge of other Asian and/or European languages is an advantage
With at least 5 years managerial experience with proven success in leading a team
Preference will be given to candidates who've worked with a multi-national company, and who have led teams
Computer and Internet literacy essential (must have detailed user knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access)
Ability to work under pressure and proficiency in multi-tasking
Willing to work long hours (to take in conference calls from NY and Europe)
