The company's Head Office is based in Sydney, with other offices in USA, Hong Kong, UK, Manila & Japan.**Job Summary**:You will**prepare, analyze and distribute financial reports** across the business and support the FP&A Manager with**budgeting & forecasting **as well as** financial modeling. **Analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to be able to discern a clear understanding of the information given and that all data and information is presented accurately.**Responsibilities**:- ** Maintain, prepare and distribute** business performance reports on a monthly and weekly basis including: S_ales, Income, Capex, Invoice Revenue, Inventory, SPIF, WEEE, and KPIs._- **Develop **and maintain new business performance reports as required by the business and, once developed, maintain, prepare and distribute the reports on an agreed timetable- Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process- Maintain and update the finance timetable and finance issues list for areas of responsibility- Update and maintain related process documentation- Ad-hoc projects and other responsibilities as required by management and any other duties and responsibilities assigned or delegated to you from time to time that is within your skills, qualifications, and competencies.**Requirements**:- Strong proven experience in a similar position- Ability to build, maintain and improve finance reports- Experience using an **ERP accounting system** _(_**_NetSuite _**_preferred)_- Advanced Excel skills- Proficiency in Outlook and Word- Able to handle multiple competing tasks and priorities- Strong attention to detail- Must work well in a team environment, be highly self-motivated and resilient- _ Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least _**_25 Mbps_**_ bandwidth _- _Must have a _**_backup desktop or laptop _**_with the_**_ latest OS_**- **_ Amenable to work in-office 1-2x per week_**Additional desirable skills:- Experience in using and **maintaining **databases, data visualization, and **Power BI**- Ability to **extract and manipulate** data from other systems and experience in **automating regular reporting****Benefits**:**WHAT WE OFFER**:**?
