Financial Planning And Analysis Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS*Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or any related field. Being a CPA is an advantage.*At least five years significant experience in product costing, financial analysis, forecasting, and planning and preparation of feasibility studies. *At least two years' experience in a supervisory role is preferred.*In depth knowledge of the manufacturing and retail industries.*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Applications such as Word and Excel and other financial modeling tools. *Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as SAP and Business Warehouse is an advantage.*Have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate financial data and analysis both in English and Filipino.*A team player and can easily coordinate with other departments/units.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*Help develop and manage the financial planning process, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support decision-making processes.*Prepare and present Actual and Estimated financial reports and other ad hoc reports but not limited to financial statements, variance analyses, products costs, feasibility studies and others.*Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas of concern or opportunity, and provide recommendations for improvement.*Collaborate with other departments/units to gather data and insights, and to communicate financial information effectively.
