Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting• Support reforecasting and annual business planning• Prepare and communicate Indirect Cost budgets• Collaborate with Cost Center managers for budget monitoring• Review and analyze monthly Indirect Cost• Prepare simulated costing scenarios and provide recommendations• Validate headcount forecast and analyze gaps• Forecast and manage Capital Expenses• Lead timesheet management process• Analyze and prepare Cash Flow forecast• Champion financial planning tools and processes
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting• At least 3 years of Financial Planning experience• Advanced competencies in financial modeling• Advanced skills in MS Office and MS Excel• Good English communication skills• Strong organization skills and attention to detail• Strong work ethic and positive attitude• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure• Customer orientation and accountability• Preferably exposure to game development industry• Preferably experience in using Oracle and/or Peoplesoft
